The accessories included with this Background Bundle help to control ambient light spill, distracting objects in the room, or setting an underwater scene.

The Background Bundle can enhance the JINX Luminous Jellyfish mood lamp overall but can be particularly useful when used as sensory lighting. Either way, the light shade and backdrops let you control the appearance of your lamp.

The Jellyfish Lamp & Background Bundle features:

• Blocks stray light entering the lamp.

• Adds ocean backdrops for the jellyfish to swim against.

JINX Luminous Jellyfish LED Lamp

Lined with a total of 18 LED lights, this JINX jellyfish mood lamp creates an amazing effect in any room it’s placed in. The lights gradually transition between a variety of vibrant colours or can be set to stay on a single colour to suit your mood.

The lamp is supplied with two large silicone jellyfish that swim around the tank in ever-changing patterns. Sometimes referred to as a jellyfish LED lava lamp, the LED lights reflect and make the jellyfish light up and glow across a spectrum of colours.

Please note: If you are purchasing this jellyfish lamp for use outside of Australia, an additional travel adapter may be required to fit the plug configuration of your country’s power sockets.

Jellyfish lamp power supply

The JINX Luminous Jellyfish® LED lamp plugs into a standard power outlet and includes a mains transformer. The type of mains transformer required is based on the electrical supply of the country where the jellyfish lamp will be used in. The two types of available transformers are;

• 230 Volt Australian/New Zealand type 50Hz AC mains transformer (pin style suited to standard Australian/New Zealand mains socket).
• 110 Volt USA type 60Hz AC mains transformer (pin style suited to standard USA mains socket).

On purchase, please confirm which mains transformer type you require based on your county’s electricity supply. Please take careful note of the electrical frequency (50Hz/60Hz).

Note: You may need to purchase an additional travel adapter if your country does not use either the Australian or USA-style electrical plug types.

Lamp Light Shade

The lamp light shade is a black wraparound cover that prevents stray light from entering the lamp from the rear or sides. Using the light shade, the lamp’s jellyfish light up brighter and more colourfully. The Light shade also acts as a holder for the ocean-themed backgrounds.

Each backdrop is a large-sized image that wraps around three sides of the JINX Luminous Jellyfish lamp. The images are visible through the tank itself and create a scene for the jellyfish to appear against. Slip one of these backdrops into the Light Shade and allow your jellyfish (or seahorses) to swim against a background of coral reefs or ocean scenes.
