Damage or Shortage Of Shipment
Claims for damage or shortage must be notified to us within three days of receipt of goods and, where requested, confirmed in writing within five days. Failure to notify us in time may result in the rejection of a claim.

Out of Stock / Back Orders
Occasionally some items may be out of stock. If we are unable to supply all the items you have ordered, we will advise you accordingly.
Expos and Shows
We exhibit at various Shows in Sydney and Melbourne from time to time. Please contact us if you would like further details of the dates and our stand numbers.
Australian Consumer Law
For Australian purchases, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Returns Within Australia
If there are any agreed claims for faulty or damaged items within the warranty period, then we will pay the return postage cost of shipping the tank from anywhere in Australia to our service depot in Sydney. After we have received the returned item, the purchaser has the option to pay $15 for freight of a replacement product to them anywhere in Australia or alternatively (on a case by case basis) we may agree to process a refund. Note that returns must be backed up with photo and/or video evidence of the problem. Please contact us if you wish to lodge a claim.
Returns Outside Of Australia

General Terms and Conditions of Trading
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of NSW. JINX LUMINOUS JELLYFISH® and the Customer consent and submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of NSW. Notwithstanding that any provision of the Terms may prove to be illegal or unenforceable pursuant to any statute or rule of law or for any other reason that provision is deemed omitted without affecting the legality of the remaining provisions and the remaining provisions of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
